Front Entry - The entry features tapered, random Ashlar pattern Pre-Engineered Stone, and an Up-lit Cupola with 72" diameter Clock and 80"h. Copper Finial and creates a stately presence.

Varsity Room, facing the Bar - This room features a Coffered Ceiling, Durkan carpet inset in Crossville Floor Tile, and a view to the pool.
Lower Level Main Corridor - Dal-tile porcelain tile (set diagonally) with un-honed porcelain tile frame (set orthogonally and in the same rhythm with columns) brings elegance to this Corridor.
Varsity Room, facing the fireplace, with Multi-use and Billiards Room beyond
Media Room (with Built-in Bench in center and Computer Stations to either side) - Casework will feature shelving for books, decorative accents, and wall sconces at each niche.
Interior Finishes - Floor and Wall Tiles, Plastic Laminates, Granite for Counters, Wall Coverings, Paint Selections for Walls, Trim and Ceilings and Carpets (less Custom strike-offs by Durkan). We were able to save a little for the Owner by dropping the weight from 60 to 30 oz. with no quality loss. I assisted with interior elevations, layout and locations for all of the above.
